    Awesome fish but we gotta hear the details man! How big, where did he catch him, on what, when.....And you're right. His smile says it all! Good on you for taking him fishing and for getting this life long memory.

    Well we go camping in Linton every year. And I've got a few old strip pits that are way off the grid that we hike back to. He caught this 23" bass 1' off the bank on a night crawler that we caught at the house. He was pretty much just dropping his night crawler in and out of the water then BOOM! When the fish hit, it about pulled him in. I could see he barely had it hooked so I had to step in the water and grab it. I'm pretty sure that this was the first bass he'd every caught and it may be the biggest I've ever seen pulled out of a Indiana public fishing hole.
