I received my lifetime LTCH in 2011, I moved to Virginia in 2013. I sent my LTCH back to the State Police, and gave them my new address in Virginia.
They kept my LTCH active, with my VA address on it. But while out there, I got my Virgina Carry permit. I returned in March...and started the process to get my LTCH back. The replacement fee is all I had to pay, I updated my address, and waited. KUDOS to Indiana!!!
