Crushers excel in summer competitions - KPCNews: Outdoors

"The Classic City Crushers Youth Trapshooting team, based out of the Auburn Conservation Club, competed in the AIM Indiana State ATA competition on July 8 in Indianapolis.
The Junior Division squad placed third overall in their division with Liz Seely, part of the squad, earning female high shooter for the competition.

The team also recently returned from The Grand American National AIM Competition in Sparta, Illinois, held the first weekend in August. Over 1,100 youth competitors attended.
Although they did not place in the top scores, there were numerous personal best scores among the team members. Felicia Bloom, a senior shooter with the team, won The Annie Oakley Shootout for her age group. In addition, she also received another first place, two second places and high overall lady trophies in the extra sponsored events open to the youth participants.
Members of the team are Felicia Bloom, Liz Seely, Candice Seely, Taya Firestone, Michael Kurtz, Michael Brewer, Logan Worman, Ally Kurtz, Emagin Hodges, Gabe Hefty, Chris Hodges Jr., (not pictured) Tabitha Clifford, Alexis Clifford and Jacob Warstler.
AIM — Academics, Integrity, Marksmanship — is open to youth and young adults up to 23 and enrolled in school. They learn safety, discipline, teamwork and confidence while competing in one of the safest sports as an individual and as a team.
