A while back I was prescribed two antibiotics together, at one time, due to what was diagnosed as diverticulitis.
    My digestive system reacted... negatively.

So OK I got some probiotic pills boasting of a dozen cultures, yogurt with live cultures and raw fruit. After that I could probably produce something to make a travel home pump clear.
But I did something else too, fermenting raw veggies into jars of crunchie chewy yummy goodness. You know, the old way of making pickles.

    They're delicious. I'm hooked.

Pickling is great stuff once you master it. We pickles peppers, green beans, carrot sticks, cukes...took some practice and trial and error though.
