A buddy stopped buy for a few minutes to exchange some goods and talked to me about one of his .22 cans. I happen to put a few rounds out of it into my compost pile. For S&G's I asked my daughter if she wanted to try and the next thing I knew I was reminding her to keep her finger off the trigger until she was ready.

A pistol even suppressed is still a bit intimidating for a 4yr old to shoot, but the seed has been planted.... Mom kept her first lock of hair, her first baby blanket, and her hospital band from birth. I committed to buy the can right there on the spot. Yup thats right I bought my daughters first NFA item :( my little girl is sooo grown up.

Those first shots are a memory to treasure. Mine was my dads Ruger Single 6. Most likely that is why I still love wheel guns to this day. :)

I don't know if she will remember that first shot forever, but I'll venture a guess that you will!! :)
