Can't imagine why Anyone would Want to be in Law Enforcement, these days. It's Total FUBAR.

Because the need doesn't just disappear, someone has to do it.

3. Encourage pro-active policing.

Just read this morning, that the 16 year old thug responsible for the death of one of the NYPD officers has bonded out. Because he is a thug rapper, he had the cash available. His lawyer stated, “Now he can concentrate on his school work, and his music career.” What a piece of work. Does anybody really believe this tripe?

If they broke the law, and a Judge, and/or Jury found them guilty and applied the proper law and sentence, then they`re where the hell they ought to be. Consider for just a second that IF we actually have the largest prison population in the world, then it`s because we`re the most lawless and criminal populace in the world.
