Monrovia Shooting Range?

Has any body herd about a shooting range that was suppose to open in Monrovia? My daughter inlaw said she seen a artical in the newspaper about it ,but the guy ran into trouble and couldnt charge to use it ,,of course she cant find the paper now (lol).
