Camp Grayling is up there among other military facilities. Might get A10's our of Ft. Wayne too. I have been out of the Guard for a while but we used to see air craft up there doing coordinated strikes with land group, air assault, evac, etc.

Just spotted half dozen chinooks heading north from Indiana into Michigan... excersizes?

Never seen any military birds in my area ever.
yeah, the only ones i ever see is during the goshen air show. there have been some pretty neat ones over the years.

The Air National Guard? I'm used to seeing the A10s about once a month, but seems like it's been a lot more often than that, almost weekly.

I didn’t see any Chinooks (they may have passed before I could make it outside for a look), but we did have three Blackhawks fly over around 2:30ish here in Warsaw. I thought it a bit odd as well, first time since we’ve been here that we had that much rotorcraft traffic over the house, LOL. I kinda miss how much we had back in AZ!

We were in Warsaw this afternoon and saw the 3 Chinooks fly over. Earlier my wife and I saw 2 Hueys headed NE while we were in Pierceton. And we saw the Blackhawks also.

I know they parked an Apache at Washington Park beach in Michigan City for the Grand Prix, maybe they did a flyover as part of the event.
