Report I just heard, Bushmaster Evil Black Rifle was found in the killer's car and not in the school. Two pistols were found in the school.

Now their saying all were killed with the EBR.

As a member of the media, and an avid 2A proponent, I cringe when gun stories are brought up in our editorial meetings.

I cringe because most, not all, but most of the reporters know NOTHING about firearms.

Their misrepresentations of weapons, terms, and everything else is often times not on purpose, but out of ignorance of the topic.

I'm not defending them, in fact I think it's ridiculous that they would spout these terms and information without doing the research.

Just know that there are SOME of us in the media that push everyday for fair and honest representation of guns and gun owners. Any chance I get to correct or clarify a gun issue with a reporter, I do it.
