Man attacked at Taco Bell for belching

A man belched at a Taco Bell and another person overheard it and attacked him with a chair, then grabbed his throat and tried to head but him. I guess technically the chair counts as a weapon, but you never know when some nut is going to snap over nothing. I'm sure if the victim would have shot the guy the news would have reported a guy shot after two men have a confrontation over a belch at Taco Bell.

Kinda reminds me of when my daughter was little. We were in a MickeyD's at a table next to a bunch of high school boys who were belching up a storm. My little, petite, 8 year old stood up, walked over to their table and ripped out a deafening belch that quieted the entire place. She looked at the boys and said, "Now THAT'S how you do it!"

Well, attempting to choke someone is a forcible felony, therefore, force including deadly force can be used to terminate the attack.

It's sad what some people are willing to potentially die over... Tickle Me Elmos, cheap Chinese made electronics on Black Friday, and now, belching. People can deny it, but we are an INCREDIBLY violent and entitled society...
