I was wondering who has done a mag conversion to any rifle they have?

I would like to have the same mag for all of my semi auto .308's but not all take the m14-ar-10 style mags. Has anyone done a conversion, say, to take g3 mags? I would love to do something like that. I would really like one of the new Robinson armament .308 rifles but they take DPMS mags. I just can't see paying $49 per mag for those.

Now that I know magpul is going the DPMS route I'd like to either convert the current rifle (ar-10T) or sell it all together.

So has anyone converted a rifle to use different mags?

I'm not sure it's possible to convert an Armalite to accept other mags.
That really is Armalite's biggest shortfall, expensive magazines that work only work in one brand of rifle.
