I was interested enough to click the link. But this photo made me second guess my interest.

That image is on the tv commercial. In the commercial you will notice the crazy guy in the cowboy get up is the same older guy in the army uniform. The cowboy image is probably 25 years ago. I dressed like John Travolta in Saturday Night Fever25 years ago.

I think it is meant to be kind of a joke. Anyway the show is always huge with a good selection.

But, is it better than a day at the lake with a lot of BEAUTIFUL women all wearing bikinis? I just got invited to Rough River with the sister in law and all the cute cousins. Now I just need to decide which would be more fun.

Either way, all I will be doing at either is looking:):

I love guns, but I REALLY love women.

I have been to the National Gun Day only a couple times. It is a difficult question which is better. To sum it up, if you like to look at older weapons mostly, and a whole lot of them, then National Gun Day is your holiday. The 1500 seems to cater to more of the newer gun crowd. There are a lot less AR vendors and yes you have to have an FFL to send to if you are buying handguns but there is a wealth of knowledge to be grasped in Louisville on that day.
