Long Range Shooting - Central IN

I know there are several gun clubs in Hamilton county that have 100 yd ranges, but are there any clubs within a reasonable driving distance from Noblesville that have ranges longer than 100 yds?

The Farmland Conservation Club has a covered range with distances of 100, 150, 200, 300yds. It's about an hour east of you but it's worth the drive at least once.

Hamilton County Fish & Game - Welcome! they will have a 150yd range opening soon. Not a big jump from 100 but a nice place.

Wildcat Valley Rifle and Pistol Club has a 300 yd highpower range.

There are a couple in Wabash that have longer range. I think its a little less than an hour from you. One is a private range (400yds) that is only like $70 a year and the other is Bass and Bucks (750yds).

The private range I think is called "Wabash Wildlife & Sportsman's Association"

I miss Houston. They have a range on the West side where you can shoot all day for $6.00 and it goes anywhere from pistol ranges out to 800yds.

800yds? Wow! I have been trying to find something plus 150+ near indy. Been just thinking about buying my own land, but this list might help me not have to take out a 2nd mortgage.

I know of a real long range rifle-range... Young's Longshot Range near Woodruff, IN. (which is SE of Lagrange, IN) Youngs Longshot Inc., 3955 S. 500 E., Wolcottville, IN 46795.

Their rifle webpage seems to be gone, but here is a link to some pictures. They have a clubhouse and reactive steel at various yardage out to 1000 yards. Apparently they also recently opened a trap range closeby that references the rifle range. Both ranges are private.
