    Sorry if this has been covered, but I gather from this thread that the TSA won't confiscate a tactical pen. Is that correct? Can I safely and without hassle travel with it?

    I have this pen, I have had it for about a year now and carry it every day. I actually use it at work to test peoples response to pain stimulus. Weeds out those that are faking being unconscious real quick.

    That's kind of awesome! People that fake seizures and passing out drives me up the wall!

    I have always laughed at "tactical pens" the only way you would catch me with one is if it also could be used to write with. Ant that's still a maybe...
