    Hunt up the Google for Saddle / Tack shops in your area and inquire with them.

    If you start asking enough folks, there's probably also an Amish leatherwork / tack shop somewhere relatively close to you, too.

    I don't think they do repair though, but just sell tack. I could easily be wrong, so worth a call to find out.

    Best place to start looking is to call the folks that sell other leather goods!

    Looking for some place in north central Indiana that can repair a saddlebag.
    Any shops around?

    If you can't find one specifically, try a cobbler shop[, shoe/boot repair place. I have had them repair leather items before that weren't shoes. Their equipment is designed to work on leather.
