Sorry man, can't get behind this. It was a terrible shoot. It wasn't even taking a measured risk to save lives of innocents. It was bad decision making.

On the other hand, when you do stupid things, you open up the opportunity for others to make errors when responding to your stupid thing. That does not excuse the error, but it sure did create the scenario for it to happen.

Perhaps this illegal and dangerous neighborhood tradition should end?
