Makes me wonder if it'll be cheaper, what about all my normal cable channels and high speed Internet?

I've already cut comcast off. It appears that this requires a decoder and the service isn't available here. I've been looking at sling but it's not that much cheaper than cable service. The antenna doesn't ask for money every month!

Many more questions than answers. I'm just saying that it looks interesting, and I welcome the idea that Comcast might feel some competition.

If you are looking at taking on a fire breathing dragon I suggest more than a suit of armor and lance.
Take a look at the holdings of the company.

We cut the cord several years back (Dish). Nothing except the internet connection and a Roku stick. A few months back I got an email telling me that Playstation Vue was available on Roku. I pay $30/mo for 50 channels of live TV and find that most of them are useful channels. It also offers some video on demand. We also have Netflix, Hulu and I'm a long time Amazon Prime subscriber.
