    Just saw them today in a magazine.. They are "neat" but I don't think anyone will like them. I think that the laser and battery tubes would block some of your view of what you are shooting. But who knows without acturally trying them out.

    It's a good idea, in that it addresses some of the big shortcomings of other lasers on the market.

    What remains to be seen is how well the electronics and mechanical zero hold up to the constant back-and-forth battering that comes with life atop a pistol slide. LaserLyte isn't exactly known for bulletproof, high-dollar systems, so my confidence does not run high. Also, I (and many others) don't like the stock Glock sight picture AT ALL - it's interesting that LaserLyte has chosen to keep the dot-in-a-bucket arrangement for the "iron" portion of its setup.

    Still, thiings like this and the "buried" mini red-dots (Docter, Fastfire et al) point the way toward the future of integrated electronic sighting systems on handguns, IMO.
