It didnt affect belts in Md with the 10 rd mag bill. One can buy any mags they want out of State and bring them into Md.
Just no transfer of mags greater than 10 rounds in the State.

Make no mistake about it. The antis know that these measures will not stop shootings or mitigate them. This is just another nibble at the Second Amendment.
