My wife's family needs prayers.. her Aunt passed away tonight from bacterial pneumonia. First my mother in law had it, then my wife's Aunt, her husband(who has Stage 4 stomach cancer) and then their neighbor..

I have never heard of bacterial pneumonia moving that fast through people.. she died 2 days after diagnosis.

Anyway, it's a lot all at once for her family, and I am sure they could use the prayers, thoughts, etc to get through this tough time.

    Thank you.

That is an awful lot to deal with at the same time. My thoughts and prayers are with them

Hey Folks, I haven't been around much---lots of stuff has happened. I pray all is well with you and yours.

    Here's the skinny...

Within the past two weeks, I have had to close my business because I have been diagnosed with Stage 4 non-small squamous cell lung cancer. The doctors say it's both inoperable and non-curable. BUT the Word of God says that I am healed and that's the truth I choose to stand on.

Started Chemo today. Please keep myself and my wife in your prayers, would you? Thanks so much!

    Be blessed--Be a blessing!

Sorry to hear about this Scott. I dropped you a PM. Let's get together again and swap some stories and suds.

    prayers

Prayers for you and yours ggf.

I am asking for prayers for my mother. On 9-15 I had my left hip replaced and my parents came out to visit me. I had fallen 7 days after and that set me back just a little. They are both in their 80's but fairly healthy. While here they went with me to get my staples out. We were only 6 miles from the casino and they like to go so I offered to take them and buy them lunch for their anniversary. 9-24 was 65 years for them. While leaving the casino my mom took the wheelchair back to the door and coming back to the car tripped off the curb and broke her knee cap. She spent the night in the hospital in Michigan City and 2 of my brothers came and took them home to outside Detroit area. She had to wait 2 weeks to have the surgery to allow some meds to leave her system. Last night they took her to the hospital with pneumonia, an infection in her knee surgery area and severe blockages in her heart. She needs open heart surgery but isn't healthy enough for that. My prayer request isn't for me I'm actually doing pretty good. I could use the prayers for my mom and dad though. Thanks folks.
