My question is how would they REALLY blockade Indy? The wall around it on 465 helps but there's a bunch of side streets. It would be like trying to grab a handful of water.

I think that was Market Square Arena. The view from the helicopter was from the west looking east I think (and she said they had just crossed over the Speedway). You could see the Indiana National Bank tower right by the arena.
