OK I found MREs no ammo cans, ammo cans, no MREs. The one place I found that had both never heard of panzer Faust guy.

There should be someone who sell MREs and ammo cases (like boxes, Jugo ones). His price of MRE usually go for $7 for one and $20 for three. The place usually has more than one guy behind the counter so it could be the wrong guy you are talking to. Not excluding the possibility of them skipping this particular one though. Still, thanks for the help.
