The one in Lafayette is going to be bigger than the usual ones here. Indy 1500 will still be bigger, but Lafayette's show is something a little different for us. It is being put on by a diferent promoter than usual, and at a different venue. From the sound of it, it will be twice the size of Lafayette's "normal" show. May be some deals, may not.

It's only $5 to get in, or $12 for a 3 day pass.

    this information is correct

It is still a small show but with the new promoters it is growing with each show that passes. No beanie babies or jerky. All gun related merchandise at this show.
$5 to get in so really would make for a nice couple of hours.

Since when where there deals at the gun show? Order online and have it shipped to a ffl.

Ummm, since all the time. No deals at gun shows? Where does this nonsense get started?

See the old Smiths? $200 a pop last year at the Indy 1500:

See the old Colt Police Positive in .22WMR and the pre-M17 (made in 1946 with the Mershon grip adaptor)? $200 each at the Indy 1500. Booyah!

So, would you suggest hitting one show first, then the other? And in what order? I live in Lafayette.

Going to Indy just for Stout Field? Meh, maybe if I had other things like hit Eagle Creek or dinner downtown or shopping.

Stout Field is a nice little show, I used to go when I lived in Indy, but have not been back.

I like the crowds. More bodies more targets of opportunity.;)

I'm looking forward to the Lafayette show with all you guys talking about it, and I just happen to know a guy selling a 1911. He's very cool and a sharp dresser.:D

Yes the Stout Field show is a nice little show. I would guess it is at least the same size as the Lafayette show will be. The Armory show has 2 rooms.
We will also be set up at the Stout Field Armory show.:D
There will also be food there and FREE coffee all day and free parking.

I think it is worth checking out.

Come to the Lafayette show Saturday monring. Great opportunity to meet a lot of INGO people. I would not waste the gas for a gun show in Indy, unless it is the 1500.

Then this is what I will do! Hey that was your 200th post! Don't you get some kind of prize for that?:yesway:
