Good Luck, I started weight watchers about a month ago and am having success. Tried it on my own for a couple years without any success. First time in my life I have ever been over weight. The big thing is the amount of carbs you eat. Lower carbs at our age the more success you will have. Have some protein with that salad tonight too.
