It's an Italian machine pistol. You can tell because the gun does not run on time and is completely disorganized, yet somehow hot chicks are attracted to it.

I think....

I believe that is a modified Cristobal Sub gun.. it looks from the magazine it is a longer round than a 9mm, and the Cristobal is the only one I know of specifically produced in 30 carbine.

I think I read somewhere that's what it was.

The front barrel "nut" makes it look like an M12, but Kirk has planted the seed of doubt with me with the Uru. Damn! Hell, all SMGs made before 1980 look the same to me!

I'm gonna go with the m12. to me there appears to be some distortion from the shadows, this also being a black and white photo. It also appears to be put together a hell of a lot better than the uru. just my two cents

I'm not trying to make a riddle out of this, I don't know myself and am really curious.
Beretta M12? Looks too large for that, especially the magazine. The Cristobal SMG magazine is too far forward of the trigger for this to fit, though the mag does look sized for .30 carbine, or something bigger than 9mm anyway. Uru? Maybe, under that scope, mount and other crap.

Here she is in a bank robbery with an M1 Carbine. Hard to tell but my first thought of the picture above was an M-1 Carbine with a folding stock or Cut to a pistol with all kinds of Junk on it. It is not an M-12S the Front grip is wrong.
