Ideas on sub $500 HD camcorder?

Anyone have any input on a sub $500 HD camcorder?

All I really want is solid video and decent battery life. Not concerned about it's still image performance.

Doesn't look like there is an external mic attachment point on that one. Not sure if that is an issue for you!
