I think there's a company that does a .45 acp conversion.I've always thought a 9mm lever-action would be awesome...cheap plinking and massive capacity! You'd want to source a flat-nosed bullet, though, to keep bad things from happening in the magazine tube. And I agree...while we're at it, they might as well make it in 10mm and .45 ACP, too, because I'd want those as well.
The 9mm levergun and a reliable, locked-breech 9mm M1 Carbine (not the junk blowback copies) are two long gund I'd love to see get developed. I think they'd sell well, too.
