It would seem that just making an opposing opinion heard, loudly, has some affect on this. I think the last thing a business would want to do is embrace mandates, incur ire and lose valuable employees only to see the whole thing tied up or overturned in court.

My employer is taking a wait and see approach, figuring that this order could be tied up with legal challenges and court injunctions.

This is a bit surprising but not.

But id like to add - most companies are going to try and comply with this. For examp, i live in houston, and if you are planning on filling up your car with gas - most of the oil and gas companies are going to be following the osha requirement. So boycott gas as well

This is true. As of today there is nothing to comply with. But if something is issues, it will be challenged in court, but it sure as hell wont be senate republicans stopping it

I just read hornady has issued vax mandates. I just bought a hornady shirt with the Gadsden snake. What a disappointment.
