I ran across this older Nutnfancy video on Honeyville Farms foods. The video is informative on the topic with a couple of extras also. I've ran out of Morning Moo's, so it's time for me to buy some kind of dry milk. Their powdered eggs intrigue me also. Anyone use this brand?

I've heard good things about their eggs, haven't tried them myself though. Got dehydrated onions and broccoli through them a year or so ago. Hard to mess up broccoli and onions I suppose, but they were fine. Also heard something about their tvp "meats" having loads of msg, but it's possible I've incorrectly remembered that one.

For milk use "Tomorrow's Harvest" I did a taste test a few years ago for 'drinking' powdered milk. There really was no comparison. I could not taste a difference between the Tomorrows Harvest and regular Skim Milk. If you add a bit more powder than is called for, it tastes like 2%. It is a bit expensive but for "drinking" powdered milk, it can't be beat. I do also store the cheaper powder for "baking" needs.

The eggs aren't bad, aren't great. They're the only brand of powdered eggs I've eaten (as far as I know), so I have no real point of reference for comparison.
