Manual transmission Honda Accord 1998 for sale. Lots of miles, been my daily driver for a while, but clutch is going and I am not able to do the work myself.
I have the clutch and would sell it with the car. Engine and transmission are stock, very reliable, some work has been done by previous owners, including cold air intake and engine bay bracing. The manual transmission is fun to drive, and I replaced the old struts and coils with brand new, OEM style suspension. Also replaced front ball joints, and have nearly brand new, Michelin Defenders Regular oil changes, and incredible fuel economy. gets 25/32 MPG Has clutch slippage, and a small leak under the engine which I believe comes from that. Has rust, but not bad for the age and 196K miles.
Issues: Aftermarket radio was installed by a previous owner incorrectly, and it doesn't work. Probably needs to be replaced. Drivers side front door lock is stiff when using the power locks. The aforementioned clutch Dings on the front fenders, and a bump on the back bumper. The car isn't perfect, but if you need a car to put thousands of miles on, and can do the clutch replacement, this is a wonderful car. looking for 2000 Cash or optic ready pistols/HKs+cash/ammo. Make an offer come see the car, worst I can say is no.
