This was on the step when I got home from work. Tonight...I read the instructions. Tomorrow evening I will start the fermentation process.

OP, you might want to stop in to Great Fermentations and take one of their beginner brewing classes. Lots of fun and a real learning experience. If you're in the Indy area. And they're right next to Bier, a pretty good brewery.

Learn the basics of brewing beer at home with a live demonstration. We’ll cover topics including brewing processes, ingredients, sanitation, and tips and tricks while brewing a sample batch of beer. Please make reservations at least 48 hours in advance. Class lasts about 2 hours.

If I wasn't so far away. Oh well,I always like the learn as you go. I guess we will see how well the first batch is and go from there.
