Is there a setting somewhere, for when I click on a thread link it will open that thread in a new window.

I am so used to doing that, that I am consistently closing myself out of INGO all together, and it's frustrating. Not to mention, when I do remember, its a pain in the ass to have to hit the back button all the time.

It's a setting in your browser, not in INGO. I have my browser set so that when I middle-click a link, it opens in a new background tab.
