Whether we charge per dent depends if insurance is involved they will consider it 3 claims and each one would be handled separately.
If you are paying out of pocket I can put it all on estimate. Or break it out based on your budget.
As far as how much, I would need you to bring it by so we can take a kook at it. There are too many variables.
