Confronting your ex-wife and her boyfriend in the mall (or anywhere else) while carrying is not, to put it mildly, a good idea. Prison time awaits...

Man Arrested after Threatening Couple with a Handgun at Eastland Mall

An investigation revealed the suspect, later identified as Mr. Brandon Neal Brucken, had approached his ex-wife and her boyfriend as they exited the Foot Locker store inside the mall. Mr. Brucken struck the boyfriend in the head and then spit in his face. The confrontation culminated in Mr. Brucken producing a handgun and allegedly threatening to kill the couple. Hundreds of bystanders, including children, were in the immediate vicinity of the altercation.

    What's his INGO handle?

(And soon-to-be former LTCH holder in all likelihood...)

And, soon to be DoC number holder, in all likelihood...

Name and age match on this police blotter record... no idea if related (to the ex situation) but does appear to be a dot that could be connected...

Brucken, Brandon Neal (W M, 29) Arrest on chrg of Invasion Of Privacy [am], M
(M), at 15 Nw Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Evansville, on 09/29/2015.

Well that's interesting. He may need a lawyer...

Yup. Wasn't sure what "Invasion of Privacy" was and just got around to looking it up... it's violating a restraining/protective/no contact order. Not his first trip on this merry-go-round.

Personally, I'm rooting for something on the "6" end of the 1-6 years for the felony 5 charge. IMO, this situation was one "wrong" word from the boyfriend or ex away from dead bodies in the mall.

Exactly......Brother she is not your property. She is free to stay or go. If this is who you are I can see why she left. Grow up.

Yup, well said. I always wonder about this type of individual. The lady left you, get over it. Stalking, threatening and abuse do not entice people to come back. No matter how badly you feel you were wronged or how much you want them back, let it go.

IoP charges are actually one of the few that are treated harshly.
That's cute. My sister just had a temp no contact order on her ex-husband, after he threatened to bust out all the windows on her car and take the kids from her at all costs, after currently being investigated for child abuse on his new wife's kids. While having that temp order her called her and harassed her and threatened her in that time period. Went to court and they threw out the order snd said he did nothing to deserve one.
