I bought a Glock 19 to use as a suppressor host and picked up a lone wolf threaded barrel for it. The barrel did drop right in but it was tight, However it functioned fine with WWB ammo and a couple other brands and it was very accurate.
Frustrations came along when I tried to run 147 grain subsonic and use it for what you would think it had threads on it for in the first place.
It would frequently jam and not go into battery. Last time to the range it jammed so bad that I had to just put it away and clear the jam later.
Wasn't just the long 147's either. jammed on some of my 125's that run in everything I put them in. (my 147's do too BTW
Turns out the barrel isn't throated at all to accept long bullets. I cleared the jam this morning checked the throat found the problem, throated the barrel test fired it tonight and it ran without a hitch.
If anybody else is running a Lone wolf barrel and having this issue let me know. I can help
