    Authorities said they don't expect to bring any charges against Ricciutti.

    I would sure hope not.. Hiles is lucky that Ricciutti didn't have his glasses on (I assume.. 4:30am), else it may have been a clean head shot. Still, getting hit in the neck would make you think twice about your actions. :n00b:

    I wanna know how the guy survived a shot from a 1911 to the neck...

    Something like 9 out of 10 persons shot with handguns survive (ammo is usually ball, hits are minor, victims are usually young males, inter alia).

    Go down to the county jail and talk to people. You'll find out how.:D
