Selling a K98 mauser, purchased a number of years ago from Classic Arms. I'll try to be as descriptive as possible and include several photos. This one was a Russian capture, so parts are mixed serial number, and the nazi eagle marks are struck out. Stock has a repair as pictured also, as it was when I purchased it originally. I have 230 rounds of ammo that comes with it, although it is corrosive military surplus stuff. It was described as having a "lightly frosted" barrel when I bought it, but the lands and grooves are still there and it seemed to shoot ok at 100 yards. I've only shot the thing twice, which is one of the reasons I am selling it - I just never take the thing out, and don't have a long range to shoot it. I cleaned it right away both times and the barrel looks the same as when I bought it. I tried to include a picture of the barrel too. My price is $400 for the gun and the ammunition. I am located in Dubois county, Jasper is the closest big town.
