FRT current updates? (Nov 21)

I know it has been discussed here before but there has been nothing recently in those threads, and all the Google searching I did seem to be month old or more information.

Last I heard it sounded like a judge decided against their lawsuit toward the ATF, however it appears on their website the triggers are still in stock and available to purchase.

Just wondering if anyone has any current information as to the legal status of the FRT-15?

From what I heard/read the judge threw out the case.
