(MAS Modèle 36 produced by Manufacture d'Armes de St. Etienne)
Used by the French Military from 1936 until the early 1960's
Bolt Action, Chambered in 7.5 x 54 French, 5 Round Magazine
Includes Spike Bayonet stored in tube under barrel.
THIS 60+ year old MAS 36 rifle, Serial # (cursive style "N" )N 513xx was produced in the time after WWII before 1950. Numbered parts, trigger guard, magazine floor plate are not matching.
Rifle has been a safe queen, with the cosmoline still in the barrel as I got it from the surplus dealer when I had a C&R FFL some years back.
Stock is sound, but has some scratches by the pistol grip portion, and various dings.
