Bet that'll work out real well when they receive their first hot gun.

Not to mention they just made themselves a little bigger target for potential robbery.

Anyone up for building a slew of zip guns and having an INGO meet and greet there?

Just a hypothetical. Wouldn't it be more profitable for an enterprising 14 yo kid with a gun to walk in and simply demand a pizza and walk back out with both a gun and a pizza?

I will up the anti and offer a similar deal right here on INGO.

I will gladly buy you TWO extra large pizzas with unlimited toppings, from the pizza joint of your choice, for any functioning firearm you want to give me.

    Any takers?

Does a Jennings or Bryco count as functioning?

I think it is a decent thing to do. The guy is not screwing with my rights by doing this and he is using his own resources to try to help his community as he sees fit. At least he's not like using tax dollars for this deal.

Don't give him too much credit.
It's a lead pipe cinch that he votes for anti-gun politicians and probably donates to their cause.

The first thing I thought when I saw the story is: I bet he would. Pizza has one of the largest profit margins, by trading a large pie for a gun, it would be a complete win for him.
I am naturally suspicious of people and their motives. He could really put his pizza shop in the black if he can find people dumb enough to turn in guns for pizza. I'll be curious to see if anyone actually makes that trade, and if he actually turns them over to the police as promised.
And secondly, he just got a bunch of free advertising from the local news, I think that story aired on all the major networks.

Did he run this by his lawyer before deciding to do this?

how many people do you think have a lawyer?

you guys are too expensive to keep on retainer

i'd rather just keep 50 k in a new car account or lawyer fee, which ever came first

you tell me your retainer fee and maybe i will change my mind.

His pizza might be crappy, BUT, Donald is not anti-gun, he carries daily. I also belive he was shot in a robbery several years back. He was a former customer of mine, and he always OC'd while shopping.
