Could be, but I dont think so. There are well over 60 different LE agency's inside of the DC beltway. Lots and lots of LEO to go around.

Live stream report is saying that it the "shooter" is holed up in a building. No real reports about who/what was shot. Which is strange.

ETA: People being allowed back into the building.
