Big story on the news is how Ryan Mears dropped the Death Penalty on the turd that killed Southport PD Lt. Aaron Allan. The reason given? He dropped the Death Penalty because the turd dropped his request for a jury trial and will have his trial in front of a judge. Word on the street is Allan's family wasn't consulted and isn't too happy about it.

    Pretty funny.
The Indianapolis Administration does not want to stop the murders and crime.
I suspect the perpetrators are supporters and/or relatives of supporters.

For all the wailing on the nightly news, I suspect the relatives of the last murder victim will be responsible for the next murder victim.

Have you contacted him and suggested he resign?
    No.

He runs a bureaucracy, or more correctly he sits in the bureaucracy and is simply along for the ride. People in those positions do what they are told.

Funny thing is he was a hard ass, Army Ranger, stationed on the DMZ in Korea for a while and he would tell me the stories of his excursions into the North at night with some of his guys. Was always very conservative, liberty loving American. I've known him since the 1st grade.

Went to law school and got a job in my other friends uncle's deal - District Attorney's Office Milwaukee County. So guess what? To survive and get the big job when McCann retired you play the game. Whether his values and beliefs have changed, I couldn't say but he is playing the part of Big City DA is a Socialist city.

His values and beliefs have changed. Otherwise, he wouldn't be where he is.

It got worse. Now they're claiming Brown was having a seizure and didn't realize he was shooting Allan. Despite him not having a single seizure in the 4 years he's been in jail. :xmad: Now they've taken life without parole off the table too.

Yeah, my ass. I can't publicly state my feelings on the matter.

I don't have any extra money to bet, but if I did I'd bet you he isn't convicted of murder.
Sadly I think you're probably right. Judge already sounds like a bleeding heart since he's been all too willing to take away the options of the harshest penalties.

Prosecutors haven't been worth a damn either. All cut from the same liberal, criminal-loving BS cloth.

I heard he was the judge over the case of the guy that shot 5 people at the funeral home on W 30th St last year. That guy got some sweet treatment as well.
