The mayor of Flippin, Arkansas refuses to honor a request from the city council to step down. James “J.J.” Hudson was recently charged with driving under the influence of drugs following a crash in the city.
In an interview, Hudson admitted he was wrong…

Nevertheless, Hudson says he has done good things for the city.
The Flippin city council requested Hudson’s resignation during a special meeting this week attended by several dozen local citizens.
