I think you should submit spendaholic as a new word. Heck, if Sarah Palin can get refudiate made into an actual word, surely a gentlemen of your stature can get spendaholic.

Side note, my iPad tries to auto correct spendaholic to spendaholica.

Spendaholic is good. But then again I dont think it applies because after all, its not their money they spend (they have none).

Maybe cleptospendaholic. Or how about a title like "allocator of all current and future funds of everyone and everyones children for generations"
