I was just browsing at my favorite local gun store today and happened upon something that I wasn't expecting.
    7.62x39 AR in stock!!!!
It was early so I did my usual procrastination thing, then I popped on the purchase.
Olympic Arms Flat Top 7.62x39 AR!!!!!!

I am a fan of Olympic Arms from 2008 and believe in the product and was pumped that I snagged up the AR in stock today.

Can't wait to get it out of layaway and break her in!

    Thanks Bradis!

    Good people with good prices.

I have read some about these and thought about getting one until all this madness hit. Now I guess I am stuck waiting. Congrats on your purchase.

not 100% sure but I believe olympic arms is one of the companies that folded to the political beatdown.

Wouldn't surprise me cg21. This company is based out of the left coast but I will take their last production run if that is what it is.

    I built a "Franken-gun" AR15 in 7.62x39 and I LOVE it!

    Delaware Machinery Lower
    DPMS LPK
    RRA 2-stage trigger
    RRA flat-top upper
Model 1 Sales barrel, bolt, and carrier group
    A.R.Stoner mags

Be sure to get mags designed for the 7.62 round. Some will tell you the .223/5.56 will work, and they will, almost.
If you want reliable feeding, get good magazines. All of mine are marked on the follower and base plate as 7.62x39.

Good luck, I think you'll like it.

Thanks! I know the ammo is for sure cheaper. Can't wait to punch some holes in the paper at my friends range.

Just the opposite. Olympic was one of the early companies to adopt the "no sales to restrictive governments" pledges. You are dealing with a very pro-2A company.
