After decades of resisting and not liking anything Glock had, I finally found one I actually like and liked the feel of. So yesterday, I finally became a Glock owner buying a G42 with a streamlightTLR-6 and fiber optic sights.

where I need advice or rather to be pointed in the direction of, is when it comes to holsters. I’d prefer an OWB Kyldex option molded to allow for the TLR-6 to be mounted full time. I’ve found a few options, but they appear to all be IWB.

Also, looking at some of the various mag extensions for the Glock mags, anyone have ones they like, don’t like?

    Anyone got any ideas?

OP, if you're looking for an OWB holster for a G42 with a TLR-6, you might take a look at Vedder Holsters. Their LightDraw OWB (belt), and ProDraw Paddle are available in that configuration. I have a couple of LightDraws I've been satisfied with (although not versions for handguns with lights). Vedder has been easy to work with and responsive to questions.

It might be Harveys Holsters, I've stood and watched them make a few and talked with them, also family owned.
How do you like their stuff? They're not too far from me and I keep telling myself to give them a call.

    To the OP:
I had the little pierce extensions on several mags back when I owned a G42. Makes the gun just feel better in the hand. Didn't ever have issues with mine, though I never used it for EDC. With a gun that small, just make sure you hold it tight. I've seen several new shooters have cycling issues or be all over the target on my old one, but it was pretty reliable for me.

Also, these couple of things appealed to me, though I never got around to buying&installing before deciding to go with something besides the G42:
