favorite place to tent camp

what's everyone's favorite place to tent camp in Indiana? Me and my girlfriend went to McCormick Creek State Park and it was really nice. The only downside was the showers were a little crappy but the park was great. We went and had dinner at the Inn and they had really good food too. we went over to brown county one day I kinda want to go back and go hiking there.

I used to love camping and fishing at Greene Sullivan state forest, but it was all primitive camping. Have also camped a lot at Raccoon SRA, Willow Slough FWA, and Turkey Run State Park in the past.

My wife and I really enjoy primitive camping in Charles C. Deem Wilderness. We camp at the Blackwell Horsecamp. It's primitive, so no water but also no fee to camp. Always spots too - and plenty big enough to get some space between you and the other campers (often horse trailers). Some folks pull in trailers/campers, some tent camp, very open. There are also some hike-in sites along the trail, if you're into lighter backpacking.
