It was to both sides, but the implication is that Morsi's head is on the chopping block to step down, since that's what has precipitated the current protests that are drawing millions onto the streets. Egypt's army was only going to sit still so long and the secularists are pushing things to the limit to get rid of Morsi and his ilk. The next 48 hours should be interesting to see.

Looks like Morsi is going to hang on till the bitter end. He's exhorting his followers to fight against any coup.
