Another Coast HP2 user. Needed something small enough to carry all day every day, so it had to be AAA. Didn't want a bunch of modes, but had to have a clicky on-off. The HP2 has been great. My first one finally died after several years of daily use. Sent it back to Coast and had a new one in hand in a couple weeks free of charge.

Zebralight SC52W. 500 on turbo, with a 14500 battery, for one minute. Then it drops to 300ish.

I have a few AAA lights that I keep as backup, either on me or in bags.
It's great to hand over to folks when they ask you for a light as well.

    I carry two:
Fenix E 35 V 3.0 clipped to left front pants pocket. Five light outputs from 50 to 3,000 lumens, plus 3,000 lumen strobe. Rechargeable battery, lock out mode to avoid accidental activation, and easy battery charge check.

Fenix LD 05 V 2.0 Penlight in my shirt pocket. Light outputs of 5, 25, and 100 lumens, plus a UV light to check for counterfeit currency. Runs on two AAA batteries. I check every couple of days and when I don't see a clear difference between the 25 and the 100 setting, I pull the batteries. I use rechargeable's and they work fine; charge them overnight and I'm good for another month.

I recommend Fenix; I've not been disappointed.
Fenix has been amazing to work with. Carried the PD35TAC for a few years before getting the PD36R. 2000 lumen on high ( I think), strobes, USB-C rechargeable 18650 battery.
Have sent multiple lights back for warranty work and it's always been super easy and fast. Great company, great lights.

I'm carrying an Imalent MS03. Turbo mode doesn't last long before the thermal stepdown kicks in, but for about 30-45 seconds I have 13,000 glorious lumens of flood light available.

Yes, 13,000 lumens if they're being honest. I suspect it's probably not quite that much, but it does throw out a whole lot of light.

I’ve carried a Streamlight Microstream for several years. I’ve actually gone through a couple of them. I just upgraded to the macro stream and am really liking the recharging on it.

    :wow:
I've seen reviews of that light.
They measured the light at 10,200 lumens (if depends on the battery used though).
Still crazy bright for that size, you can probably melt somebody's face off or start a fire.

I would like to get their MS 18.

I'm admittedly a flashlight nerd/snob. I probably own around 30 pocket sized lights. My current brightest EDC is an Eagtac DX3B MkII. It carries a Luminus SST-70 LED and puts out 3100 lumens from a fully charged 18350 battery. My light with the best tint is a Prometheus Delta with a Nichia 219c LED at around 900 lumens. 90% of the time when I'm at work I carry a Fenix PD32

I still carry an Olight S1R. It is rechargable, up to 1000 lumens, and at only 2.5" long fits easily into my pants pocket.

+1....best light i have ever had.....bought for all my employs....

I currently carry an Olight Baton Pro with 2000 lumens. rechargeable via a magnetic connector on the base.
It replaced a Emisar D4 at something like 3500 lumens. The problem with that one was it would literally burn a hole in your pocket if it came on. After too many pairs of pants with useless pockets, I retired it to desk duty. I will say it is strange smelling smoke and realizing it is you! :nailbite:
I've also had several Zebra lights, the favorite being sc52. I loved the small size of the AA powered lights, but I kept losing them. Since moving to the slightly bigger 18650 battery powered lights, I haven't lost a single one.

I don't know what I would do with a light that big, but I want one too.
