    Tell that to chicken wings places, to my club, the shortages are real and likely to get worse, not better.
    There are supply chain issues including transportation issues meaning not every choice people are used to getting is available at all times. This is not good. However, there is no global food shortage.

    I hope you are right but there sure seem to be plenty of articles and discussions about “global food crisis”.

    Reminds me of many years ago and the food shortage in Africa and countries were sending food there. I liked Sam Kenneson's thoughts on the situation. "Don't send them food, send them luggage, nothing is ever going to grow there." That is not an exact word for word quote but gives the essence of what he said.
    There is a shortage that is causing a big problem in food supplies, gas and diesel. Farmers are struggling to buy diesel to plant crops and truckers are in the same shape including shortages in the eastern states. If farmers cannot plant as many crops because of price and/or shortages of fuel the media will paint them as villains trying to gouge prices. They won't talk about the senile old man in the white house destroying the energy industry. Jim.
